Enviro-Safe Resource Recovery is an 18+ year old company that is continually growing and needs additional drivers. This is an extension of our customer service program, an integral part of our transportation team and overall part of our continued business success. If you want to be on a winning team, with low employee turnover, this might be the position you have been looking for. This is an over the road position that requires 2 nights out of town per week. No weekends.
This driver will be responsible for safely transporting hazmat bulk liquid materials from our facility to the appropriate receiving facilities located in the Midwest. Primary tasks include transporting the loads as directed, review of shipping documents associated with the load and operating the vehicle in accordance with regulations set forth by the DOT and State regulations. Support effective communication with the dispatch manager within the organization.
Strong candidates will have a clean driving record, experience operating a vacuum or bulk tanker, working knowledge of DOT/EPA regulations, and good communication and organizational skills.
Essential Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must possess a valid Class A CDL with combined hazmat and tanker endorsements
- A minimum of 2-years Class A driving experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have an acceptable motor vehicle driving record.
- Knowledge and understanding of applicable DOT, EPA and State regulations.
- Must have communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to read, write, and speak English.
